At Kanak Jewels, we strive to ensure that every piece of jewelry meets your expectations. However, we understand that sometimes replacements are necessary due to damage or size issues. Our replacement policy is designed to make this process as smooth as possible for our customers.


Return and Refunds Policy

  • We do not offer returns or refunds. This policy only applies to replacements under the conditions outlined below.

Conditions for Replacement

Damaged Products:

  • If your product arrives damaged, you are eligible for a replacement.
  • Please report the damage within 3 days of receiving the product to qualify for a replacement.

Size Issues:

  • If the product does not fit as expected, you can request a replacement.
  • Please initiate the replacement request within 3 days of receiving the product.

Replacement Process

Initiating a Replacement Request:

  • Provide your proof of purchase, a detailed description of the issue, and, if applicable, photographs of the damaged product.

Approval and Instructions:

  • Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide instructions for returning the product.
  • Ensure the product is securely packaged to avoid further damage during transit.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for returning the product to our company address.
  • Once we receive the returned product, we will process the replacement.
  • Kanak Jewels will cover the shipping costs for sending the replacement product to you.

Processing Time:

  • Replacements will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned product.
  • If the exact product is no longer available, a product of equal value will be provided as a replacement.

Exclusions

  • Products showing signs of wear and tear beyond normal use are not eligible for replacement.
  • Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for replacement due to size issues unless there is a manufacturing defect.
